What are the modes of shipping our order?
We usually ship through DTDC to most of our orders currently. For areas unserviceable through DTDC we ship through INDIA POST.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We do ship internationally with additional shipping charges in accordance with the overall weight of the package. We ship internationally through DHL or FedEx or DTDC or Aramax Courier services.
How long does it take to receive my package?
It takes 7 working days for your package to get delivered to you if the order is placed within the limits of INDIA. For International shipments, it takes 10-15 working days for delivery.
Can I exchange or return purchased products?
If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you. However if it is only a physical damage like a dent or a scratch, we will not be able to process a refund or return. All order cancellation requests will receive the refunds via wallet ONLY.
How to track my order?
We are currently not providing you with any tracking information in reference with your purchase. You can contact us after 7 working days (Within India) from the date of order if you did not receive your package. You can contact us after 15 working days (Out of India) from the date of order if you did not receive your package.
How can I return my order?
If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you. You can mail us the product in its original packaging with all tags intact, send us the receipt of shipment and we will refund you the amount for courier to your Bank account if any shared with or to your account wallet.
Are your products 100% natural?
YES. Our products are 100% natural, which means not only the products but the sourced ingredients are also from tribal valleys in forests where soil is pesticides free and air is pollution free. It's that pure and all the goodness (& the natural essence) goes directly into your skin and hair when used.
How to test for sensitivity or allergy?
Apply a small quantity of the product you would like to test to the inner side of your elbow, on your wrist or behind your ear lobe. Do not let the area get exposed to any kind of moisture during the test. Wait for 24 hours and see if you see any allergic reaction like inflammation or redness or itching. Do not use it if in case you see any of the above reactions positive.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Sorry! We are not currently offering any order purchases through cash on delivery mode. We will keep our page updated in case we are offering cash on delivery anytime in the future.
What are the different modes of payment you accept while placing an order?
Payment to confirm your orders on the website can be made through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, PayTM, or any other BHIM/UPI wallets.
